DUBLIN, OH. August 14, 2017 - The growing executive team at AC Hotel Columbus Dublin, set to open its doors in the Bridge Park development this September, is pleased to announce the appointment of Ulises Infante Garcia as the Beverage & Food Director for the hotel.

In this role, Ulises will oversee the daily operations of VASO, the Spanish-inspired restaurant and rooftop bar, and the AC Kitchen, as well as lead the culinary team, and coordinate catering for special events. Ulises was previously the Food & Beverage Manager at the Buffalo Marriott Harborcenter.

Born and raised in Santiago, Chile, where he studied hotel and restaurant management, Ulises began his career with the international one-year program at Walt Disney World and continued on to work with Disney Cruise Line, sailing through the Bahamas as a VIP Server. Bitten by the travel bug, he then moved to Osaka, Japan, where he found his true appreciation for food and hospitality. To further sharpen his skills, Ulises moved to New York City where he worked at Masa, a three-star Michelin restaurant and also held the role of Maître d' at The Modern, a two-star Michelin restaurant in the Museum of Modern Art MoMA.

“With our inventive cocktail and culinary program, we're excited to have Ulises leading the team,” said Orcun Turkay, General Manager of the AC Hotel Columbus Dublin. “His creativity and international experience will bring a vibrant touch to our menus at the hotel.”

Guests are invited to celebrate the hotel's opening by booking the Dublin Debut offer, including a $50 F&B credit with two-night minimum stays from October 1 through December 29, 2017. Rates start at $159 per night. For more information and to book, visit www.marriott.com/cmhac.
