Fall Menus at T45 and Bar 54

The newly reimagined T45 restaurant which debuted this year, updates their menu to offer guests new globally-inspired seasonal shared plates conceptualized and crafted by Executive Chef Nick Pellicione. New menu items include Casarecce Pasta, with fresh pasta made in-house coated in hearty tomato sauce and Parmigiano-Reggiano; Pan-Roasted Atlantic Salmon with dried fruit, quinoa, roasted pear and a citrus vinaigrette; Wild Mushroom Bruschetta, paired with whipped goat cheese and drizzled in balsamic; and Free-range Chicken in natural jus and autumn vegetables.

Perched on the 54th floor of the hotel, Bar 54 has a new seasonal menu crafted by cocktail aficionado Julie Reiner. From sweet and fruity to smoky and spicy, Bar 54 serves inspiring hand-crafted cocktails for every palate. For a taste of fall, guests are encouraged to order Apollonia made with apples, apple brandy, Campari, lemon, grapefruit and honey; Foxtail made with aged rum, cognac, roasted chestnut liqueur, lemon, cinnamon, egg white, and a few drops of Angostura; Peach Therapy made with aged rum, Cocci Americano, orange bitters, and brandy soaked peach; Colonial Toddy made with plantation Jamaica rum, walnut liqueur, cinnamon, and lemon; and the Scarlett Letter Punch made with red wine, Reposado tequila, orange, cinnamon, licor 43, lemon, and bitters. These new seasonal cocktails can be enjoyed rain or shine as Bar 54 provides indoor and outdoor seating. Chocolate Treatments at the Timeless Marilyn Monroe Spa

The Timeless Marilyn Monroe Spa at Hyatt Centric Times Square is offering chocolate lovers a variety of treatments to indulge in. Guests can melt their stress away with a 90-minute decadent chocolate massage that will nourish the skin with natural antioxidants. The benefits of the pure cocoa treatment include flushing out impurities, reducing cellulite, improving circulation and stimulating cell regeneration, leaving the skin soft, toned, moisturized, and protected. The aroma stimulates endorphins, reduces stress, and promotes mental wellness. Guests can book an individual treatment for $285 or the couple's treatment for $570.
