Protea Hotels Expands into North Africa with Opening in Constantine, Algeria
Protea Hotels by Marriott, part of Marriott International, Inc. (NASDAQ: MAR), have announced expansion into North Africa with the opening of Protea Hotel by Marriott Constantine, Algeria. Strategically located in close proximity to the airport, the hotel is within walking distance of most major city attractions such as the Cirta Museum, the Ahmed Bey Castle, Le Monument Aux Morts, and the iconic seven bridges, a symbol that defines the uniqueness of the city.

The hotel’s 72 guest rooms spread over six floors provide unspoilt views of the scenic city. Additional facilities include two boardrooms and a ballroom.
