Chartwell Hospitality to Manage 11 Capstone Development Properties
Chartwell Hospitality LLC announced earlier this year that it has been selected to manage 11 Capstone Development LLC properties. This rapidly growing development and third-party management company has managed 8 additional Capstone hotels for the past several years. Chartwell Hospitality Chief Operating Officer Kevin Green made the announcement.

Our relationship began with Capstone in 2014, when they purchased the Hampton Inn & Suites Elliston Place and Hampton Inn Vanderbilt/West End in Tennessee. After seeing our commitment to providing exemplary financial and operational results, both Capstone and Chartwell began to look for additional opportunities to partner hotels and management agreements. Two years later, Chartwell Hospitality sold Capstone six hotels in south Florida where we continue to manage.” Stated Kevin Green, COO of Chartwell Hospitality LLC.
The additional 11 properties consist primarily of Hilton and Marriott brands along with one Choice Hotel property. Currently, there are 19 hotels in the Chartwell Hospitality portfolio that are owned by Capstone Development LLC. Chartwell Hospitality owns, develops and manages 37 hotels across 12 states with an additional four under construction and five more scheduled to break ground in 2018.
