Hilton Kota Kinabalu Appoints Linda Pecoraro as New General Manager

Malaysia, Sabah, Malaysia. February 28, 2018

Hilton today announced the appointment of Linda Pecoraro as general manager of the 302-room Hilton Kota Kinabalu. Pecoraro will support Jamie Mead, regional general manager, Hilton Malaysia to oversee the operation and lead the management team at the hotel located in Sabah's capital city, Kota Kinabalu.

Jamie Mead, regional general manager, Hilton Malaysia said, "We are very proud to have Linda leading the team at Hilton Kota Kinabalu. Originally from Brisbane, Australia and of Italian descent, Pecoraro has a strong background in hotel management. She brings with her more than 20 years of experience in the industry at international hotel chains. Much of this time was served with Hilton throughout various locations, where she increased revenue and drove innovation across the globe.

When asked about her new adventure in Borneo, Sabah, Pecoraro commented, "I am delighted to be joining the team at Hilton Kota Kinabalu.
