Waramaug LS Hotels and Woodmont Lodging Complete $2.4 Million Renovation of Holiday Inn Express & Suites Bentonville
Waramaug LS Hotels and Woodmont Lodging today announced the completion of the $2.4 million renovation of the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Bentonville.
“This extensive renovation allows us to position the property to meet today's traveler's discerning taste and will enhance the guest experience,” said Rae Salling, Senior Vice President of Asset Management, Waramaug Hospitality. “These significant upgrades will allow the property to showcase itself as a market leader and outperform its competition in Bentonville.”
The comprehensive renovation included upgrading all guest rooms to IHG Formula Blue standards that puts sleep quality, simplicity, and ease of maintenance at the center of its concept. The guest rooms got a complete refresh including case goods, soft goods, seating, lighting, brand new 42” TVs and window treatments. The bathrooms were refreshed with new steel tubs and decorative panel systems. The public areas were enhanced with new carpet, vinyl and lighting. The Litt Group oversaw the renovation process.

The 4-story 84-room Holiday Inn Express & Suites Bentonville has 943 square feet of executive meeting space - a 414 square foot boardroom and a 529 square foot conference room. The space can accommodate groups up to 50 people. Other hotel amenities include a fitness center as well as a business center. The property has easy access from roadways and surrounding areas. It is considered an ideal location half a mile from the Northwest Medical Center as well as in close proximity to Sam's Club headquarters and Walmart headquarters
