Southeastern Development is excited to announce the opening of the new 195-suite Residence Inn by Marriott in Orlando, Florida.  This unique waterfront site, just a short walk from the main gates of Universal Orlando Resort™, provides guests the opportunity to stay in a Marriott Residence Inn facility with immediate access to one of Florida's foremost recreational venues.
