Crestline Hotels & Resorts Appoints Leticia R. Proctor as Director of Sales & Marketing for the Sher

WASHINGTON, DC, August 24, 2005. Crestline Hotels & Resorts, Inc. today announced the appointment of Leticia Proctor as Director of Sales & Marketing for the 301 guest room Sheraton Reston Hotel. The upscale hotel and conference facility is located in suburban Virginia minutes from Washington Dulles International Airport. The hotel offers guests a resort-like setting, as it is directly across the street from the Reston National Golf Course. Crestline Hotels & Resorts was recently appointed the hotel's management company by The JBG Companies of Chevy Chase, MD, which owns the property.

Ms. Proctor brings nearly 15 years of hospitality industry experience in sales and marketing. She joins Crestline Hotels & Resorts from the Sheraton Pentagon South Hotel where she was Director of Sales and Marketing. Prior to that, Ms. Proctor was Director of Sales and Marketing for the Holiday Inn Select in Bethesda, MD. She has also held sales positions with the Hilton Alexandria Old Town, Hilton Crystal City, Loews L'Enfant Plaza Hotel, and with Hospitality Partners.

Ms. Proctor attended Bowie State University in Bowie, MD. She has been recognized by both Starwood Hotels & Resorts and the Remington Hotel Corporation for her superior performance.
