Villa Group Announces 2008 Packages in Vallarta

SAN DIEGO, CA, December 18, 2007. With villa-style hotels located on Banderas Bay in Puerto Vallarta and Nuevo Vallarta, The Villa Group has created a selection of golf and spa packages available throughout 2008.

Situated in Nuevo Vallarta along the Riviera Nayarit, Villa del Palmar Flamingos Beach Resort & Spa is one of the newest properties on this stretch of unspoiled beach. The upscale, family-friendly resort features 275 ocean view suites overlooking the bay and the Pacific beyond.

Villa suites offer kitchenettes, while spacious one-, two- and three-bedroom suites all feature a whirlpool tub in the master bathroom, separate dining area, complete kitchen and private ocean view balcony or ground floor terrace with wet bar.

For recreation, the property is highlighted by a lagoon-style, multi-level swimming pool and daily activities held poolside or on the beach. Dining options include themed dinner shows, the Nouveau Mexican Latino specialties at Bellavista Restaurant & Bar, open-air Italian dining at La Trattoria and

gourmet pizzas at the casual Pizza Bar.

As the property's centerpiece, however, is its newly rebranded Tatewari Spa. An intimate spa experience designed in European-Mexican style, the 17,000 sq. ft. facility is a unique healing sanctuary for body, mind and spirit that takes a holistic approach through its regional influences,

serene ambience and healing treatments.

For individual therapy sessions, visitors are taken to one of the spa's 13 indoor treatment suites or two exclusive VIP treatment suites with private Jacuzzi and shower. The facility also features a spa retail shop, fitness studio, and full-service beauty salon and barbershop. Those up for the ultimate can enjoy beachfront cabana treatments or therapies provided in the privacy of their suite.

Villa del Palmar Flamingos also features an International deli and the Palmita Market, stocked with most items offered at local supermarkets. For groups, the 17,000 sq. ft. convention center is equipped with the latest in sound and light technology.

Golf is provided at the nearby Marina Vallarta Golf Course designed by Joe Finger, or Vista Vallarta's highly acclaimed Jack Nicklaus course and the equally challenging Tom Weiskopf course.

Villa La Estancia will open the second phase of its 245 suites, its main restaurant and lobby this month, with the final phase slated for a summer completion.
