The Tuscany Opens at Grace Bay

JULY 24, 2007. The three-bedroom condo-hotel suites at The Tuscany on Grace Bay in Turks & Caicos will add a luxurious new option for those looking for expanded accommodations for larger families, groups or anyone looking for a vacation property that has the ambiance of an elegant home.

Each one of The Tuscany’s thirty, three-bedroom, oceanfront suites faces the world-famous Grace Bay Beach known for its cotton white sand and the incredibly tranquil blue waters of the Atlantic Ocean - just south of the Bahamas and 575 miles southeast of Miami. With spectacular views from all guest quarters, a vacation at The Tuscany on Grace Bay is sure to provide the ultimate island experience.
Guests at The Tuscany enjoy surroundings unlike other more standardized hotel accommodations on the Turks & Caicos. Each guest suite is beautifully appointed and accented with unique décor from around the world. Two generous guest bedrooms each with adjoining bath, a huge master bedroom with luxurious platform contoured soaking tub, separate over-sized shower and double vanity sinks, ultra modern gourmet kitchen, and a spacious living room/dining area plus an enclosed patio overlooking the beach create an upscale atmosphere with an emphasis on comfort and leisure time enjoyment.

Outside, The Tuscany offers an Olympic-size European swimming pool, Jacuzzi and inviting lounge areas within the Italian-inspired courtyard. There is a lighted tennis court, gym, and a helpful concierge service in the entrance foyer to book a variety of off-site recreation options.

Just steps from the beach, guests at The Tuscany can swim in the ocean or walk the length of Grace Bay marveling at what Conde Nast Traveler deemed the “Best Beach in the Caribbean.”

From August 1st through October 31, 2007, those booking 7 nights at the discounted rate of $675 per night, plus tax, only pay for 5 nights! That’s two nights absolutely free and a savings of $1350.00. For shorter visits, those booking 3 nights get the 4th night free.
