ARTE Selects Expotel to Manage The Holiday Inn in Nashville

NEW ORLEANS, LA, October 9, 2007. Expotel Hospitality Services L.L.C., an innovative and well known hotel ownership and management company, has partnered with ARTE Hotels, LLC, a Nashville based hotel ownership group. ARTE has chosen Expotel Hospitality Services to manage their first hotel venture. The Holiday Inn Brentwood, located in the affluent suburb of Nashville will be Expotel’s fourth secured management contract as the company continues its venture in the management arena.

Expotel Hospitality’s affiliation prior to the sale transaction was as an owner and operator of the 243 room hotel for six years. After a major renovation of the hotel in 2003, Expotel positioned the hotel as a deluxe Holiday Inn within the Nashville suburban corridor as a meeting destination as well as focusing on the corporate and leisure based travelers in the market. The hotel experienced dramatic RevPar increases as well as well as a major turnaround in their respective market performance. “Our deployment addressing the specific business segments to target left no stone unturned. Our team aggressively captured new share to bring to the table post renovation and our ability to market much needed meeting space in the Brentwood area helped solidify our position as a meeting destination for the small to mid sized scale meetings. Year after year to today – we are proud of our continuing achievements and track record” states Jeff Iavarone, Vice President Sales/Marketing E-Commerce.

Executive Vice President of Operation, Mark Kucera adds, “Its no secret that we continue to drive our top line revenue, furthermore our operational focus has led to wonderful guest loyalty. We have worked hard and have been successful from a guest satisfaction level including our operating discipline for higher returns year over year. We are thankful that ARTE Hotels, LLC has asked Expotel to retain the management of the hotel allowing us to continue this consistency and execution.”

The addition of The Holiday Inn Brentwood compliments the vision of Expotel’s drive to expand their third party management services. “Expotel will continue to look at a variety of opportunities with ownership groups who have a diverse portfolio. We will look at all opportunities including joint ventures and partner with right owner who shares our goals as well as theirs’” concludes Mr. Kucera. Expotel currently has a diverse portfolio ranging from select feature to full service products. The range of brands extends from Hampton Inn’s to Embassy Suites, Hilton, Doubletree, Holiday Inns, Crowne Plaza, Best Western and independent boutiques. Expotel Hospitality has entered into the field of hotel management companies by marketing their ability to manage almost all types of hotel products across the spectrum of lodging products today.

Executive Vice President of Operations, Mark Kucera adds, “The addition of the continuing management of the Holiday Inn Brentwood widens our credentials to potential ownership groups who have a need for stable and effective leadership and higher returns”.
