These renovations will begin in April with a target completion date of May 16, 2008, just in time for the Memorial Day Weekend. Between April 21 and May 21 the Hotel will not be open to guests for safety reasons, as these renovations will have contractors and improvement equipment throughout the facility. These renovations, along with the recent Air Conditioner Installations, Unit Upgrades, Indoor Pool, Fitness Room and Great Room amounts to nearly, $2.7 million invested in the revitalization plans of the ownership over the past several years.

All personnel will continue their employment and are excited to see everything the owners have been doing to continue improving the experience, while including them as a team.

"One of the major considerations for our Board of Directors was keeping our team of employees together, while we work to improve the customer experience. At the staff meeting while reviewing the plans, there were a lot of questions around employment and I am pleased to say our team is focused on working together to provide the best experience we can. For our ownership, these investments are being made in the Rivergreen based on the confidence in our properties long-term success and value" said Thom DeVos, President, Rivergreen Condominium Association

The resort will re-open for guest stays May 22, 2008.
