ProHost Housekeeping System Selected for Westin Huntsville, AL

MAY 6, 2008. Hostar International, Inc. is pleased to announce that the recently opened Westin Huntsville chose the Full Service ProHost® System for their housekeeping operations.

The Westin Huntsville is an 11 story 210 room luxury hotel. Overlooking a scenic, ten-acre lake, this property is the newest addition to the Bridge Street Town Centre, a premier mixed-use lifestyle center within Huntsville’s Cummings Research Park. Guests will enjoy proximity to the U.S. Space and Rocket Center, the Huntsville Botanical Gardens and several area golf courses.

The ProHost® system was chosen to provide each room attendant with an ergonomic work station called the Mobile Supplier. Each mobile carries a precise mix of linen, terries and amenities matched to his or her specific room mix. An evening team restocks the mobiles enabling the room attendant to start their shift with all the necessary linen and supplies needed to complete their assignment. Room attendants are able to focus more time on room cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

The goal is to provide consistent service to the guests while maintaining a high level of productivity and employee satisfaction. The ProHost® System allows the hotel to be efficient in their material delivery, maintain a smart look and control inventory.
