MAY 12, 2008. The first Global Asset Solution office in Bali, Indonesia will mainly concentrate on the national Hotel market as well as assisting hotel owners with brand new projects on the fast developing island of Bali.

Mr. Sogno is a private entrepreneur and an international investor. He began building his career in 2000, when he moved to New York City after earning his Bachelor's degree with honors at Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne, Switzerland. Mr. Sogno established a number of business ventures, initially focusing on hospitality and real estate. He joined Mr. Steve Rushmore, the founder and chairman of HVS International in New York.His experience grew rapidly and he established a new venture at the Cushman & Wakefield headquarters in Manhattan. During this period, Mr. Sogno supervised major hotel transactions and provided technical support for valuations and financial projections for hospitality facilities throughout the USA, Canada and the Caribbean. During the same period, Mr. Sogno obtained his Appraisal Institute License from New York University.

In 2005, Mr. Sogno began working with HRH Prince Al Waleed Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud member of the Saudi Royal family and was employed as Vice President of Asset Management for Kingdom Hotels Investment which has a portfolio of 35 luxury full-service hotels in 21 countries in Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia.
