MAY 15, 2008. Safemark Systems, a leading global provider of in-room safes, has recently announced that Jennifer Ferris will join the International sales team as Vice President of Sales for the company's Asia Pacific region.

The first to hold the newly created position, Ferris is based in Hong Kong and will focus on servicing Asia pacific clients. Ferris also will develop and service new accounts on mainland China as well as manage other sales channels throughout Asia.

"Our U.S.- based customers - Hilton, Hyatt, Carlson, Marriott, Wyndham and others - demand our presence in China/India. We're there to support their growth. Ferris brings to Safemark a thorough knowledge of the Asia Pacific marketplace as well as business development experience for companies including Moen China Ltd., an America-based producer of bathroom and kitchen faucets and bath accessories, and Avery Dennison Roll Materials Asia Pacific, a leader in pressure-sensitive products. For both companies, Ferris managed sales and marketing efforts, led sales teams, assisted in developing and launching new products, designed sales tools and expanded sales into new territories.
