Former Ramada Inn Converts to Clarion Brand

Amoskeag Falls in Manchester, New Hampshire

MANCHESTER, NH, July 1, 2008. The Clarion Manchester Hotel located at 21 Front Street is now open. The Clarion brand is franchised by Choice Hotels International, Inc. (NYSE:CHH).

Formerly the Ramada Inn at Amoskeag Falls, the hotel underwent $ 3 Million dollars in renovations to convert to a Clarion Hotel including updating all areas of the Hotel. The 118 room property was built in 1964.

Owned and operated by Front Street Holdings LLC of Manchester, NH, the Clarion Manchester Hotel features 118 guestrooms and 2 meeting rooms that can accommodate up to 100 people. The hotel offers a complimentary continental breakfast, outdoor pool, fitness room, business center, room service, Harts Turkey Farm Restaurant and lounge, and complimentary airport transportation.

Our 100% smoke free guestrooms feature free WIFI Internet access, complimentary coffee and tea, iron and ironing board, free local calls and a great selection of Cable television channels including HBO. All king rooms feature 32” LCD Flat screen televisions. Rates begin at $ 119.00 weekday and $99 weekend.
