When the Body Says Stop!
Self-Awareness - The Crucial Step to Self-Discovery

As people are becoming aware of the new sense of consciousness, they are also in the process of discovering their bodily limits as well as their infiniteness; all pretty much at the same time. More and more people are inclined to step aside from old-fashioned and outdated systems, currently presented in all societies around the world. There is a very powerful shift happening around the world that unites likeminded people who are ready to establish a new system of collaboration and cooperation instead of the old system of competition that has separated humanity and created endless fights and wars. No one is better than the other; we are all unique.

There is the human body and there is the body of corporations, companies and businesses – all of them can receive the message of when to stop. The body says stop in many ways, not only when overeating or when having a heart attack or high blood pressure. There are also unseen forces behind the scene that shows the body when to stop and at the same time gives them a solution. However, these unseen forces are still pretty hard to grasp because most people still believe in the "see and touch" principle. I want to take this opportunity to elaborate on the current shift of consciousness and explore the relationship of work and private life, using a spiritual as well as a down-to-earth perspective to explain the links in our daily life. In the fields of science it is now very well documented as a fact that all humans create their environment by what they think; pretty much every moment, where a moment is a form of measurement less than a second. However, this very powerful feature and capability of the mind, and the unimaginable power that comes with it, has not yet arrived at every person's desk, at the moment when it is needed.
Recently I came across a very outdated interview process that dates back to the 1970's. A very typical example of the competition system and mind-set of companies such as – good/bad, more/less, high/low, high position/low position, etc. The entire structure of the interview was so bad that I was outraged, and could not believe that in our industry such procedures still exist in the corporate levels of international and seemingly highly respected companies. My disappointment was so strong that I had internal emotional bleeding, because I previously had such high aspirations for such an excellent company, but so be it. The best part of all this was, that they later shifted the power and put the blame back to me saying that I was not successful in the application process – how lame. I did not even apply, rather it was an approach by them to search for capable, qualified and reliable candidates for their expanding operation. Their entire mindset is/was based on all profit for them and all loss for the others – instead of how can both sides create a system of win\win. To be right honest, it took me a few days to calm down, but in these few days after that interview my body changed back into a previous mode of aggression and frustration, coupled with a feeling of unworthiness. My body said stop. I had to retreat, rewind, relax, and rethink for some time to get over this incident.
Old systems like that only decrease the limit of a person's development and work performance. Up until about 15 years ago this type of a company's mode of operation was very common; rest assured that this is all in the process of crumbling and falling apart by the minute, and the consequences will be felt soon – the first apparent sign is the never before seen staff shortage in the hospitality and wellness industry. This example clearly shows that the body – of a corporation – says stop. But the people behind the scenes, who seemingly run the show, stuck in their old paradigm and try to keep it alive with old junk food of a distant past. Fortunately this will not go on for much longer.
Another example is the recent departure (unfortunate for the family) of a person who used to work for a well-known international bank has shown the world what happens if the ego has created such an immense pressure on the human body that the only way to release all tension and negativity is to voluntary escape into the invisible territories of the universe. Restoration of the body and deep healing would have been possible, but the consequences of past actions, from the person and the corporation, would have been insurmountable for the person to actually deal with. The mob would have chased them relentlessly. The occurrence and timing of this event reflects the current state of health of various industries and companies. When does it stop and where does it end? How much more does it take before people and companies start to really wake up, open up and implement the new paradigm into their daily operation?
