- Who else is ready to return to doing what they do best in the hotel business – and leave quarantine?

The reaction to the coronavirus pandemic has arguably been the most radical, vicious and unprecedented in history and, even as I write this article, we are in the worst economic slump since WWII.
Even if this crisis has forced our industry to press pause, savvy hoteliers understand that how we react in the wake of this era will shape long-term loyalty while creating unique opportunities for growth during a period of economic decline.
