("WHI") announced today it has been selected to advise SFBI, LLC in the disposition of the 157-room Santa Fe Sage Inn located in Santa Fe, New Mexico. The two story, exterior-corridor, select service hotel is strategically located in the Downtown Area at the entrance of the world class historic Santa Fe Plaza which is listed on the National Registry of Historic Places and has been the city's central gathering place for nearly 400 years. The Santa Fe Sage Inn is also directly across from the heart of the 50 acre, $13.5 million Santa Fe Railyard Park and Plaza development project.
Many of Santa Fe's rich historic and cultural attractions are currently within walking distance of the property. The State Capital is centrally located approximately 5 blocks from the Santa Fe Sage Inn.
