Harbor Beach Marriott in $25mil Guestroom Renovation

. October 14, 2008

FT. LAUDERDALE, FL, July 2, 2007. Harbor Beach Marriott Resort & Spa is nearing completion of a $25 million floor-to-ceiling guest room renovation, with the final product set to debut in late October 2007. Ideally located on South Florida's largest private beach, the resort is engaged in a complete rooms and suites beautification to elevate guests' seaside experience. From floor to ceiling, beds to TV, walls to windows, the premier resort has taken every aspect of the rooms into consideration for this enhancement. All renovation activities have been carefully planned to not impact guests' summer resort experience.

Everything guests see, hear, taste and touch in the property's 650 guestrooms and suites is being upgraded to heighten their sense of nature and the secluded oceanfront tropical setting. New 32-inch flat-screen televisions sit atop polished granite on spacious dressers for a clean, open-space feel. Fabrics of rich textures and colors will feature tropical notes of mango, gold, sand and turquoise. A focal point of the stylish accommodations, brightening and lightening the rooms to the fullest, is the pristine white cotton of the luxurious pillow-clad Revive(R) bedding that is exclusive to the Marriott brand.

Soft curved furniture with accents in natural materials will enhance travelers' sense of relaxation, making rooms as warm and comfortable as the resort's sun-drenched beach. Most guest rooms feature balconies with expansive views of the Atlantic Ocean.
