Rim Partners with J. P. Morgan and Acquires Hilton Garden Inn

JUNE 19, 2007. Rim Hospitality and J.P. Morgan have announced the purchase of the 278-room Hilton Garden Inn San Francisco/Oakland Bay Bridge in Emeryville, California.

The hotel is nestled on the waterfront at the foot of the San Francisco Bay Bridge in the heart of Emeryville, California. The hotel boasts breathtaking views of the San Francisco skyline and the Berkeley Hills. The hotel has recently undergone an extensive $18 million renovation of all guest rooms, public areas, meeting space, and fitness center.

The company will continue to concentrate on opportunities to add more Hilton and other major branded hotels to its portfolio in the U.S. and Canada."
