JUNE 19, 2007. Chisun Inn Tsuchiura Ami will be located in the center of Ami Township, at the intersection of the busy Route 125 and the main road running through Ibaraki Prefecture. Since the Tokyo outbound Metropolitan Inter-City Expressway has been extended to Ami Town, the area has seen rapid growth, becoming a hub for business and industry in the area. Chisun Inn Tsuchiura Ami will be near three industrial parks, large food processing plants and agricultural machinery manufacturers. Many leisure facilities also exist within the vicinity, including over ten golf courses, such as the Ami Golf Club, Miho Golf Club and The Golf Club Ryugasaki, as well as Kasumigaura Sogo Koen sport facilities.

'With yet another new roadside hotel under development, our ambitious expansion plans are on track. The addition of Chisun Inn Tsuchiura Ami to the Chisun Inn brand will further contribute to the group's overall offering to fulfill the diverse needs of discerning business and leisure travelers of today, especially golfers' said Solare CEO, A. G. Virili.

Chisun Inn Tsuchiura Ami will bring the total number of roadside hotels in operation or under development by Solare to 13, with 1,230 guestrooms. In the coming months Solare will announce the development of additional roadside hotels, including franchised properties, in order to achieve its goal of 50 roadside Chisun Inns with 4,700 guestrooms by 2010.
