SynXis Announces Technology Partner Program

Simplifies Customers "Best of Breed" Systems Integration

SOUTHLAKE, TX, June 19, 2007. SynXis, the Sabre Holdings business that provides hotel distribution and Internet marketing services globally, announced today the introduction of their Technology Partner Program to provide hoteliers with integrated development, service, and support. SynXis has differentiated their offering in the marketplace by developing seamless 2-way integration with property management systems, revenue management systems and other critical property systems. The Technology Partner Program will extend this seamless technical integration between SynXis and its partners to include joint development, service, and support.

With the advent of services oriented architecture and XML services, hoteliers no longer need to tolerate lack of system integration, or the strategic inflexibility of being tied to a single vendor for multiple services. "Our customers are increasingly telling us they want the freedom to choose best-of-breed systems," stated Scott Alvis, president and general manager of SynXis. "With advances in technology, we can now provide very robust, inexpensive system integration for our customers and with the Technology Partner Program we can now also provide an integrated view for development, service, and support."

SynXis and its partners who join the Technology Partner Program are jointly committing to customers that they will fully cooperate in the best interest of the customer, including integrated and transparent project management, single point of contact issue resolution, commitments to industry leading interface integration, and development to industry standard specifications.

The response to the program has been overwhelmingly positive from the customers and vendors alike. The initial program launch will include some of the hotel industry's leading providers of hotel management systems including: SoftBrands HIS (Property Management), IDeaS (Revenue Management), and GuestWare (Customer Relationship Management).
