. October 14, 2008

JUNE 18, 2007. Travelocity has extended its longstanding distribution agreement with InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG), the world's largest hotel company by number of rooms.

As a certified online third party intermediary for IHG's more than 3,700 hotels worldwide, Travelocity customers will have continued access to InterContinental, Crowne Plaza, Hotel Indigo, Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express, Staybridge Suites and Candlewood Suites brands when shopping for the perfect hotel choice. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The agreement also gives customers of Travelocity Business and Travelocity's IgoUgo division access to such IHG content. 'We're pleased to strengthen an already strong relationship with IHG,' said Ross Mantione, vice president partner marketing for Travelocity. 'With access to more content, the renewal of our strategic agreement will result in more marketing of IHG properties and brands on Travelocity. This will also help us to continue to grow our presence in Europe and Asia-Pacific with our lastminute.com and ZUJI brands, respectively.'

Travelocity will also have access to bundled rates for vacation packages and distressed rates for last minute packages. 'We've enjoyed a long-term collaborative approach with Travelocity and other Sabre Holdings portfolio companies,' said Andrew Rubinacci, vice president, distribution marketing EMEA for IHG. 'Travelocity has always shared in our philosophy of keeping our mutual customers in mind throughout the process and we look forward to taking this relationship to the next level.'

IHG and Travelocity are working to implement state-of-the-art next generation connectivity between systems, giving Travelocity's customers immediate and accurate access to IHG's inventory and pricing, enhancing their shopping experience.
