Marriott.com Ranked Tops in Travel by the Customer Respect Group
WASHINGTON, DC, September 15, 2005. Marriott.com, Web site of Marriott International Inc. is the top travel site, according to the Customer Respect Group. Marriott.com received a rating of 8.4 or "excellent" in the recently issued Online Customer Respect Study of the largest airline and travel firms. The study analyzes corporate performance from an online customer's perspective. Attributes measured were simplicity, responsiveness, privacy, attitude, transparency and principles. This is the third year Marriott.com has ranked highly in the study.
