COLUMBUS, OH, June 7, 2007. Signature Worldwide, a leading provider of training and business solutions, announced today that Steve Wolever, president and CEO, and Becky Wolever, chief operating officer, have purchased founder Don Farrell's shares, making them majority shareholders in the company, effective June 1, 2007. This also marks Farrell's planned departure from Signature. Signature's Senior Management team remains the same. The company's corporate headquarters will continue to be located in Columbus, Ohio.

Founded by Farrell in 1986 as a sales and marketing consulting company for the hospitality industry, Signature today has more than 250 employees and is a leading provider of training and business solutions to service-based organizations in a variety of industries. Farrell is leaving Signature to start a new business venture.

Steve Wolever, who joined Signature in 1991 as co-chairman, and Becky Wolever, who joined the company in 1994 as chief operating officer, have overseen the company's growth and expansion into more than 46 countries on four continents.

"Don and I have enjoyed building Signature from the concept of providing companies with the right tools for exceptional customer service into what it is today," said Steve Wolever. "It's been a great 15-year partnership. It just makes sense for Don, as an entrepreneur, to want to move on. We all wish him well in his next business venture."

Added Becky Wolever, "Signature remains committed to creating loyalty and value for our clients through legendary customer experiences. We look forward to the future and to Signature's continued growth and success."
