Thom Geshay Joins Davidson Hotel Company as SVP, Business Development

Formerly SVP with Tarsadia Hotels

MEMPHIS, TN, June 4, 2007. Davidson Hotel Company, one of the nation's largest hotel management companies, today announced that Thom Geshay has rejoined the company as senior vice president, business development. In his new role, Geshay will seek acquisition and development opportunities and pursue additional hotel management opportunities for the company. Geshay will be based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

"Having worked 20 years for Davidson and its predecessor companies, Thom knows the company well and will be able to make an immediate contribution," said John Belden, Davidson's president and chief executive officer. "A seasoned veteran, he has completed transactions valued in excess of $1 billion over the last 10 years and has a wide network of industry contacts. We expect Thom to play a central role in sourcing and completing acquisitions as we continue our accelerated growth going forward."

Geshay returns to DHC from Tarsadia Hotels, where he was senior vice president-real estate , responsible for acquisitions and development of new properties. He began his tenure with DHC as a bellman, eventually becoming general manager of several properties. He held a number of increasingly important positions with the company, including director of business development; regional vice president, operations; and vice president, sales and marketing.

Geshay received his Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from North Carolina State University.
