Hotel Financial Strategies Offers Mezzanine Loan Program
MARCH 7, 2008. Hotel Financial Strategies is pleased to announce its new mezzanine program for high quality select service hotels. We believe that with the change in the capital markets there is a need for this program that will give experienced developers an option that will allow them to complete their proposed projects.
Some of the terms are as follows:
v Must be an experienced developer of similar projects
v All U.S. markets will be considered
v Mezzanine loan not to exceed 80% of cost
v Non-recourse
v Rate- 15% and above depending on project, client, and location
v Feasibility, engineering, and Phase I necessary
v We prefer major brands but will consider some boutiques in prime locations
v Specific underwriting details will be discussed as we review proposals
