PAS, a professional services firm specializing in hotel back office operations, today announced a partnership with Infor, one of the largest global providers of business software, to deliver a combination of software, services, tools, and managed hosting services designed specifically to meet the back office requirements for the hotel industry.

Infor will provide Infor FMS SunSystems and Infor PM Business Process Analytics (BPAs) to PAS' hotel customers. Infor FMS SunSystems is a complete financial management solution that enables companies to reduce transaction costs, shorten process cycle times, and improve compliance through enhanced financial transparency. Infor PM BPAs are applications that make strategic management, planning and budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting faster, easier and more efficient. These capabilities enable enterprising companies to generate actionable business insights that increase user productivity and improve business performance. Together, the solutions enable more than 2,200 hotels worldwide to streamline business processes, build guest and employee loyalty and improve profitability.

PAS' Designed Core, IT Tools and Services for Hotels and Corporate Offices

PAS will provide the Hotel Core consisting of the Uniform System of Accounts for the Lodging Industry, 10th Revised Edition (USALI) compliant accounts and analysis, customizable account coding schemes, allocation worksheets, interface tools, training documents, built-in hotel best practices, and implementation services to enable immediate benefits. Corporate offices utilize their core with PAS's interface, hosting and reporting tools to further leverage their benefits.

PAS's deployment services include interfacing the solution to existing hotel property management and other systems; integrate the customers' standard operating procedures/account codes into the Core design, as well as, customers' key financial reports and analysis. Hotel customers can also elect Web-based access to the solution and a range of back office support services.
