Steve is an alumnus of the Cornell University School of Hotel Administration and has been a career restaurant entrepreneur, with extensive experience in attractions/ food and beverage management and hotel/restaurant operations. In recent years, Steve has managed a commercial real estate office with a hospitality specialty serving the industry worldwide. Steve will bring his expertise in hotel and restaurant brokerage & advisory services and restaurant operations consulting to Paramount's New York operations.
