Michael Nenner Named DOR Ritz-Carlton Chicago

CHICAGO, IL, April 18, 2008. Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts is pleased to announce the appointment of Michael Nenner to Director of Rooms of The Ritz-Carlton Chicago (A Four Seasons Hotel), recently named "Best Hotel In The United States In 2008" by Cond'e Nast Traveler.

In his role, Nenner will oversee the Reservations, Housekeeping, Laundry, Front Office, Concierge, Communication and Guest Services departments who service the 435-room hotel.

Nenner joins the Hotel from The Cloister Hotel at Sea Island where he held the position of Director of Rooms for the past two years managing over 250 employees as well as overseeing a huge laundry renovation.

Prior to The Cloister Hotel, Nenner worked as Director of Rooms at The San Ysidro Ranch in California, helping the property through a $120 million renovation.

His other previous experience includes five years at The Phoenician Resort Scottsdale where he worked as Assistant Resort Manager, Front Desk Manager, Housekeeping Manager, Concierge, Guest Activities Manager and lastly, Director of Guest Services
