Undersea Resort Signs Contract with Odys Shipyard

First Three Floating Accommodation, Undersea Habitat and Eco-Cruise Ships

. October 14, 2008

APRIL 30, 2008. The Undersea Resort has signed a long-term contract with the prestigious Odys Shipyards for the construction of the first three Undersea Resort ships.

Payment pursuant to the contract will be in either Polish or Euro currency. The contract amount for the total of three ships will be approximately $1 billion dollars. This price allows for possible fluctuations in the value of the Euro against the U.S. Dollar and fluctuations in the price of steel. It also anticipates increases due to change orders.

It's very important to take into consideration that neither Cala Corp. nor Undersea Resort is in a position to fulfill the Odys Yards contract until the prospective buyers transfer the funds to our company. Therefore, Joseph Cala', Chairman and founder of Cala Corp. & Undersea Resort, and Robert Studzi~nski, Chairman and founder of Odys Yards, mutually agreed to delay the actual construction until the prospective buyers execute the purchase contract for the ships.

The market demand for this industry line is tremendous and it is only a matter of time before the Undersea Resort will become a household name. The company is in continuous discussions with leaders from various industries regarding placing the ships in their harbors or on offshore platforms. The product line is attractive to industry because the Undersea Resort has the added benefit of being environmentally safe, with almost zero emission. To help facilitate the sales process, the company has brought on board Ivonne Brown as Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing. The company will shortly file a 10-K for the year 2007 with the SEC.
