Benchmark Appoints Club Manager for Cheyenne Mountain Resort

HOUSTON, TX, June 6, 2008. Benchmark Hospitality International has appointed Marc Reydams as club manager for the Country Club of Colorado at Cheyenne Mountain Resort, located in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This represents a promotion for Mr. Reydams. Laura Neumann, Benchmark's vice president and general manager at Cheyenne Mountain Resort, made the announcement.

"Marc has had great success working in all areas of our resort's operations and is superbly prepared for his new role as club manager for the Country Club of Colorado," said Ms. Neumann.

Mr. Reydams was most recently director of operations for Cheyenne Mountain Resort, a position he held successfully for the past two years. He served in the same role for Benchmark Hospitality at the company's east coast flagship, Lansdowne Resort, located near Leesburg, Virginia. While at Lansdowne, Reydams oversaw a $15 million food & beverage operation and was actively involved in the operational design of the resort's 45,000 square foot clubhouse, in addition to his property-wide responsibilities. This experience will serve him well in his new role for the Country Club of Colorado at Cheyenne Mountain Resort.

Prior to joining Benchmark Hospitality International, Reydams held executive-level positions in food & beverage for the Hilton of McLean, Virginia, and the Omni Shoreham in Washington, DC. He began his career with Westin Hotels & Resorts and the historic Mayflower Hotel of Washington, DC.

Reydams attended the Hotel Business School of Liege and Brussels in Belgium, and engaged in extensive hospitality training in Holland, Austria, Belgium and the United Kingdom. He and his family reside in Colorado Springs.
