. October 14, 2008

ATLANTA, GA, June 10, 2008. Hotel Concepts, a leading global provider of property management/CRS technology and software solutions for the hospitality industry, today announced the successful deployment of a specially-developed interface with ClubTec's industry leading club management software. The new interface gives private club lodging operators the ability to create and manage member and guest profiles more efficiently by synchronizing the club member and lodging information databases.

"By bringing to market the best combination of tools for clubs with lodging amenities, we are helping to meet the needs of clubs that value providing the most-complete, seamless guest experience possible," said Jason Cape, North American sales manager for Hotel Concepts. "By combining two best-of-breed technologies, we've expanded the opportunities to reach new markets through a multi-faceted solution."

Installed at more than 600 clubs in the U.S. and Canada, ClubTec's technological solutions allow professional club management to improve their operations through increased productivity and efficiency. Their modules allow management to track and record membership information, accounts receivables, food and beverage sales, retail and golf operations, catering, payroll, and accounting services. By providing project management, training, technical support and report writing, ClubTec can customize their technology solution to suit the needs of any club; and with Hotel Concepts as a strategic partner, they can now create a specific solution for clubs with lodging accommodations.

"With Hotel Concepts, we've found a strategic partner and a lodging technology that complements our industry-specific solution, bringing added benefits to clubs worldwide," stated Don Williams, president of ClubTec. "This is the next evolution in our 25 year history of serving the club industry with the best operational technology available."

The first North American property to benefit from the new interface is Waynesville Country Club Inn & Resort in Waynesville, North Carolina, where the software was installed in early January 2008. Built in 1926 by legendary golf architect Donald Ross, Waynesville Country Club offers 27 holes of championship golf, seven lodging amenities, a full-service spa, several dining rooms, and year-round golf and lodging packages.
