. October 14, 2008

AUGUST 13, 2008. The breathtaking 34-room hotel with conference facilities, distinct dining room, lounge, recreation facilities including swimming pool, hot tub and waterslide as well as the highly anticipated Salacia Spa are now open.

Arne Peterson, the visionary developer of the site has been transforming the boreal forest just outside of Prince Albert National Park off of highway 264 for two decades. Peterson's tremendous commitment to the project and legendary work ethic have brought to life a resort which is as breathtaking as the environment from which it has been carved.

Not only is the resort a destination location for travelers, it is home for many residents in the Estate Homes, Eagle View Villa Condominiums and the Fairway Townhouses. Construction is underway on the final phase of the Condominiums and future residential development of the site includes possible fractional ownership opportunities - all spearheaded by Peterson's daughter and Vice President and Development & Asset Manager, Debby Klarenbach.

Arne Peterson's Elk Ridge Lodge project was brought to life by the work of project manager Brian Simpson and constructed by RNF Ventures, General Contractor from Prince Albert, Saskatchewan and is managed by Saskatoon based hotel management company, Airline Hotels and Resorts Ltd.

The luxury resort now consists of an award-winning 27-hole championship golf course and Pro Shop, spacious guest cottages, modern townhomes, RV Park, the new Lodge building, The Eagle Pub and Grill and extensive staff accommodation facilities.

Grand Opening celebrations for the site are set for September 23rd 2008.
