ATLANTA, GA, October 21, 2005. InterContinental Hotels Group announced today the opening of its newest 255-room Crowne Plaza hotel in St. Louis, Mo. The InterContinental Hotels Group portfolio in Missouri is represented by five of its brands including the upscale, full service, limited service, upscale extended stay and mid-scale extended stay segments with 63 hotels and more than 7,800 rooms. The Crowne Plaza St. Louis-Clayton is Missouri's second Crowne Plaza hotel.

Formerly the landmark Radisson Hotel Clayton, the Crowne Plaza St. Louis-Clayton is an eight-story hotel that has just completed renovations to all guestrooms. A new $8.5 million Executive Tower was also recently added to the property.

Guestroom amenities include: voice mail, coffee maker, hair dryer, make-up mirror, iron and ironing board and complimentary high speed Internet access. The Crowne Plaza St. Louis-Clayton also offers a 24-hour reception desk, express checkout, same-day laundry and valet and complimentary shuttle service to the Lambert International Airport.
