CAP CANA, Dominican Republic, March 3, 2009 - AMResorts, award-winning provider of resort sales, marketing and brand management services, today announced plans to develop two new elite resorts at Cap Cana, one of the world's most exclusive tourist destinations with lavish amenities and breathtaking vistas at every turn. Zo"etry Pearl Sands Cap Cana and Pure Secrets at Cap Cana will be situated in a premium location on Cap Cana's most pristine beach and are slated to open in late 2010.

The announcement was made by Alex Zozaya, AMResorts' CEO and president, and follows his recent meeting with Dr. Ricardo Hazoury, President of Cap Cana's Board of Directors, to confirm in writing the details of their development agreement.
