AmericInn Awards CRS Contract to InnLink

HENDERSONVILLE, TN, November 27, 2006. nnLink, LLC, a leading provider of central reservation services and technology, announces the renewal of its partnership with AmericInn International, LLC. InnLink will continue to provide services to the AmericInn Lodging System for an additional three years. After an extensive review of CRS providers, AmericInn chose to continue their successful relationship with InnLink. During this period InnLink has worked closely with the AmericInn corporate office and the individual properties to increase revenue and occupancy. Revenue booked through InnLink's reservation services is up 23% as compared to last year.

The AmericInn Lodging System is one of the fastest growing limited service lodging chains in the United States with 230 locations currently open or under development. InnLink provides AmericInn properties with contact and call center services, connectivity to the Global Distribution System and Internet Travel sites, and booking engine services imbedded within the americinn.com website.

InnLink's Internet-based inventory, rate, revenue, and data management tool, RESmatrix, allows management access to chain and property reports, data integration and reservation management tools that enable the AmericInn Lodging System to monitor critical reservation information and to compete proactively in the marketplace. Additional tools and service offerings include marketing opportunities, online invoicing, web-based training, competitive rate shopping and channel management.
