FEBRUARY 7, 2007. Interval International, a leading global vacation exchange company and operating business of IAC (Nasdaq: IACI), announced Bryan Ten Broek has been named vice president, western region, resort sales and service. He recently relocated from the company's world headquarters in Miami, Florida, to its resort sales and service office in Las Vegas, Nevada. He continues to report to David Gilbert, executive vice president of resort sales and marketing for the Americas.

In his new role, Bryan oversees Interval's presence for the western United States, western Canada, and Hawaii, as well as directs the day-to-day sales and service activities for the territory. He is responsible for servicing Interval's existing member resorts and for building the company's developer client base in the region. Additionally, he and his team provide clients with sales, marketing, and operational support.

"Bryan has been instrumental in the growth of both our resort network and member base since he joined the company," said Gilbert. "Based on his accomplishments to date, I am confident he will have the same level of success overseeing one of our largest and most dynamic territories."

Prior to assuming his new position, Bryan was vice president of business development, where he was responsible for developer sales and marketing programs, as well as the management of the business development department. Bryan joined Interval in 1995 as an account executive in resort sales and service and has held several positions of increasing responsibility during his tenure with the company, including assistant vice president and director, eastern region, resort sales and service.

Bryan has been an active participant of the American Resort Development Association (ARDA) for more than ten years and is a full member of the Urban Land Institute, where he sits on the Recreational Development Council. He graduated from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois, with a bachelor's degree in political science and a minor in business institutions.
