Holiday Inn Express and Hampton by Hilton to be built side by side

. May 29, 2013

May 29, 2013 - Construction has commenced on the very first double hotel project by Foremost Hospitality. The city of Nuremberg will soon benefit from an 80 bedroom Hampton by Hilton and a 124 bedroom Holiday Inn Express Hotel within walking distance of the main station.

“The Foremost Group has always wanted to develop these two brands in this city,” says Hubert van de Loo, Managing Director of the Foremost Group. The group has analyzed the market in depth and believes that the hotels will be very successful here. “This is our first double project and shall set the benchmark for future developments,” says Mr. van de Loo.

The hotels will be located in close proximity to both the main station as well as the city centre. Both hotels will feature their brand signature offerings, with a breakfast area, a bar, a business centre as well as modern amenities in the guest rooms such as flat screen TVs, complimentary tea and coffee making facilities and power showers. The Hampton by Hilton will also provide a fitness area for the guests to enjoy. The hotels are designed and styled to appeal to business and leisure travelers, offering best-in-class service and comfort.

With an investment volume of around 19 million Euros, the Real Estate investor and developer GBI AG is realizing this project together with the Foremost Group. Management committee member Rainer Nittka says, “With this project we are filling one of the last big construction sites in Nuremburg's city centre. By building two internationally renowned brands such as Hampton by Hilton and a Holiday Inn Express, we are creating a lively and successful hotel district in the heart of the city.”
