Movenpick to Part with Jolie Ville
MARCH 7, 2007. M"ovenpick Hotels & Resorts has decided to only enter into management contracts and no longer into technical or franchised agreements.
It has been decided by Jolie Ville Hotels Management Co. and M"ovenpick Hotels & Resorts that the Marketing and Technical Operational Assistance Agreement which is due to expire at the end of 2007 will not be extended. As of 1 January 2008 the Jolie Ville hotels in Sharm El Sheikh and Luxor will therefore no longer be part of the Swiss hotel group's portfolio.
The decision concerns the Jolie Ville M"ovenpick Resort & Casino Sharm El Sheikh, Jolie Ville M"ovenpick Golf & Resort Sharm El Sheikh and Jolie Ville M"ovenpick Luxor Resort, all of which will continue to be managed under the brand of M"ovenpick Hotels & Resorts until the end of the year.
