The new Stress Break begins on March 15th and will be led by Nicole Haagenson, a local yoga practitioner and Wellness consultant for some of Houston's largest companies. The complimentary break will last 10 -15 minutes and is based on basic breathing and stretching exercises and promises to give meeting attendees an added boost of energy during what is typically several hours of sitting in a sedentary position.

State of the art ergonomic chairs also do their part in keeping meeting attendees alert by providing optimal back support, leg support and arm support which promotes good posture and circulation - a must for a creative and focused team. The ergonomic chairs are reserved for groups of 50 or less attendees.
