Lisa Hatem named Director of Sales, Montage Residences Kapalua Bay
MAUI, HAWAII - MARCH 19, 2014 - Montage Hotels & Resorts has named two top-level executives at Montage Kapalua Bay and Montage Residences Kapalua Bay. Each appointee brings years of experience to the luxury hotel group's newest property, which is set to open this spring in Maui, Hawaii.
Richard A. Holtzman, Vice President, Managing Director, Montage Kapalua Bay
A seasoned hospitality executive with more than 30 years of experience, Richard "Dick" Holtzman oversees management of all operations for Montage Kapalua Bay. Holtzman joins the Montage Hotels & Resorts family following his most recent position as senior vice president of Pyramid Hotel Group, where he managed the company's resort portfolio since 2011. Prior to his role at Pyramid, he spent seven years as the President of Kukui'ula Development Company, LLC, (a joint venture of Honolulu based Alexander and Baldwin and Scottsdale based DMB Associates) a 1,000-acre luxury resort and residential community in Poipu on the South Shore of Kauai, Hawaii.
Holtzman's experience also includes roles as president of Grand Bay Hotels and Resorts, which evolved from Carefree Resorts as the luxury division of Wyndham International. He also held management positions at several Westin Hotels including The Arizona Biltmore, The Plaza, The Westin Detroit, and The Westin Peachtree Plaza.
Holtzman is a graduate of Cornell University's School of Hospitality Administration. He and his wife Sheila are the proud parents of three grown children. They have recently relocated from Scottsdale, AZ and are thrilled to be back to Hawaii.
Lisa Hatem, Director of Sales, Montage Residences Kapalua Bay
With seasoned real estate sales experience and a proven track record of success in project sales, Lisa Hatem will lead all sales efforts for Montage Residences Kapalua Bay. Hatem secured over $800 million in real estate transactions for more than 400 buyers over the past 13 years. She joined the Montage Hotels & Resorts family from The Residences at Little Nell in Aspen, Colorado, where as Director of Sales and Managing Broker for the past six years, Hatem and her team contracted and closed an average of $60 million a year in sales.
Previously, Hatem served as Director of Sales for top resort real estate offerings including the Ritz Carlton Club in Aspen, the Snowmass Club, and the Hyatt Grand Aspen. Hatem is dedicated to providing exceptional and personalized service to all of her clients, many of whom have become lifelong friends in the process.
In her personal time, Hatem is an avid horsewoman and enjoys traveling to exotic locales with her husband and two children.

The Residences at Kapalua Bay is set to become Montage Kapalua Bay in late spring 2014.
