On the 9-10 May in Miami senior marketing executives from America's leading travel companies will discuss the latest trends in CRM, Branding and Loyalty at EyeforTravel's Sales and Marketing in Travel 2007. Adam Burke, SVP and Managing Director of Hilton HHonors Worldwide, will open the second day of this well-established event with a keynote presentation detailing the practical challenges of implementing a truly integrated CRM strategy. He will explain how Hilton HHonors leverage customer information and personalization to maximum affect and strike the optimum balance between technology and personal interaction. Following the keynote presentation by one of the world's most successful loyalty programs, the airlines and online travel agencies will give their opinion on the best way manage customer relationships. The VP of Online Marketing for Orbitz and the Director of CRM for Delta Air Lines will be joined by Max Starkov from Hospitality e-Business Strategies. They will reveal how they have optimized their CRM strategies to retain customers as well as giving their expert predictions on the future of CRM.

Another session will examine how travel companies build brand loyalty by delivering on the brand promise. TripAdvisor, InterContinental (tbc) and Transat Distribution Canada will come together to demonstrate how delivering the brand promise has improved their customer retention levels. With branding such a crucial part of online marketing, travel companies need to be consistent with brand message if they want to manage the customer experience and build loyalty.
