Greenwood Hospitality to Manage Hyatt Place Nashville

Nashville, October 10, 2014 - Greenwood Hospitality Group announced today that it will manage the Hyatt Place Hotel located in Nashville, TN. The property was acquired last month by DBIK&J Nashville, LLC. Greenwood's principal Aik Hong Tan made the announcement.

Situated close to Nashville Airport, proximate to Larry Keeton Theatre and 20 minutes from downtown Nashville, the property features 83 guestrooms, approximately 1,000 square feet of meeting and conference room space, a casual restaurant and lounge.

In the coming months, Greenwood will coordinate with ownership on a renovation of the hotel that will include updates and additions to all guestrooms, as well as improvements to all meeting, public and dining spaces.

Commenting on the acquisition, Greenwood principal Aik Hong stated, “The Hyatt Place is a well situated property, with a well-established strong brand, in a dynamic market. The proposed capital improvements will further enhance the property and solidify its long-term performance.”
