Snyder Nationwide & Gary Low Sell The Domain Hotel for $42,000,000
SCOTTSDALE, AZ, (December 22, 2014). Snyder Nationwide Real Estate, Inc./Sunnyvale CSG, LLC, Owner, and Broker Gary Low are pleased to announce the sale of The Domain Hotel in Sunnyvale, CA, 40 miles south of San Francisco to Sunnyvale Domain Hotel, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company for $42,000,000.
The Domain Hotel has the good fortune of being located in the heart of Silicon Valley, just a few miles from many high-tech companies including Apple, Adobe Systems, Google, Yahoo, Symantec, Facebook, LinkedIn, National Semiconductor, to name a few, as well as the San Jose Airport, the new Levi Stadium, and a number of large, existing mixed-use developments and others that are planned for the area.
The owner, Snyder Nationwide Real Estate, Inc./Sunnyvale CSG, LLC, bought the 136-room Radisson in 2006, completed an extensive renovation in 2007, and renamed the hotel as The Domain, a 3 ½ star, non-branded, lifestyle hotel. In June of 2008, the renowned publication, Hospitality Design magazine, awarded The Domain Hotel an International 1st Place “Design of the Year Award” for creative achievement in redevelopment in the mid-range hotel category.
