In her new role, Gower will oversee the spa's employees, manage daily operations and develop new, innovative treatments that ensure The Spa continues to offer authentic experiences. The Spa will open its doors to a newly renovated, relaxing sanctuary, welcoming staff and a range of treatments on April 10, 2015.

Gower comes to the resort following a spa director position at The Cove at Shore Lodge, a recipient of Forbes' Four-Star Rating, where she was instrumental in creating a positive perception in the community and achieved a ten percent increase in spa revenue. With her accomplished background and demonstrated expertise in expanding the growth of of spas across the region, Gower boasts executive roles at Ice Spa at Sheraton Anchorage Hotel and Spa and Arizona Grand Resort. Having spent more than a decade in the industry, Gower has progressed in a variety of key roles, namely as spa director at L'Auberge de Sedona at WTS International, where she developed and trained 20 staff members, created monthly marketing specials and exceeded budgeted revenue each month.
