Westin Monache Selects Condo Hotel Solution by OwnerRelations Technology

Westin Monache becomes the second Intrawest-Developed property to install OwnerRelations Technology

APRIL 10, 2007. OwnerRelations Technology has been selected to install Condo Hotel Owner Communication and Accounting software for the Westin Monache in Mammoth Lakes California.

The software automatically generates monthly accounting statements for the condominium owners, and allows each owner to view or print their statement through a secure web interface. In addition to accounting statements, the OwnerRelations software provides additional communication services including online documents, messaging, owner reservation requests, FAQ's, owner detail modifications, and more.

Westin Monache (pronounced "mon-ah-she"), Mammoth, will be the first full-service, luxury property in the Mammoth Lakes California, and the flagship property of The Village at Mammoth. The Westin Monache will also be one the first flagged 'condominium hotel' concepts to open in California. Construction began in the spring 2005 and is scheduled for completion in the fall of 2007.

The Westin Monache, Mammoth, in Mammoth Lakes will be the third venture between Intrawest and Starwood, following The Westin Resort and Spa at Tremblant, Quebec which opened in 2000 and The Westin Trillium House at Blue Mountain in Ontario which opened in 2005. The Westin Monache will be the second Intrawest-Developed condo-hotel property to install OwnerRelations Technology for communication and accounting services to its condominium owners.
