Savor the End of Summer with Rosario Resort & Spa

Orcas Island Chamber Music Festival (August 23-September 2): "Classical Music with a View" at the Orcas Center in Eastsound. Internationally renowned classical musicians perform chamber music by composers such as Bach, Beethoven, Stravinsky, and Brahms.

Summer Moran Lounge Entertainment (8-11 p.m. every Wednesday through Saturday): Live music in Rosario's Moran Lounge. Guitar and vocals of Gene Nery, a musician from Vancouver, British Columbia who has performed extensively around the world on Princess Cruises and has released his own solo CD.

Historic Lecture and Organ Concert (daily, except Sundays, 6:00 p.m. June 15- Sept. 17): Christopher Peacock presents a historic lecture on Rosario and an organ concert in the Music Room. See a vintage slide presentation and learn about Rosario's history.

For the adventurer, Rosario's Midweek Adventure Package allows guests to experience a choice of either a three-hour guided kayaking tour or a four-hour whale watching expedition. The package includes tickets for either of these trips as well as two nights' accommodations and all taxes and resort fees. The package is available Sunday-Thursday nights through September 30, 2005 with a two-night minimum stay requirement, from $250 a night per room.
