Trust International’s New Voyager|CRS Release

Increases Hotel Distribution Flexibility and Efficiency

. October 14, 2008

FRANKFURT, Germany, January 29, 2008. Trust International, a global provider of technology and distribution solutions for the hospitality industry, launched a new version of its CRS Trust|Voyager. With Release 11 of the CRS suite of products, Trust continues its strong commitment to ongoing development and customized improvement of its software for its hotel group customers.

The main feature of the new release is the much broader flexibility in managing rates and availability. Trust has enhanced the CRS's renowned Superior Rate Codes concept that allows linking to newly created codes for speedy rate structure set up by hotel staff. The enhanced version offers additional flexibility in linking rates, as well as a new treatment of auto-calculated lowest available rates (LAR), to save hotel groups significant additional time and effort.

Release 11 enhancements also include new features for the hotels display in the GDSs, e.g. in the total pricing module, and allow more distribution opportunities with Trust's direct connect channels through extended rate displays. The upgrades enhance Trust|Voyager's ease of use by offering various options for managing inventory and monitoring a property's status and room/rate categories. The interface to customer relationship management (CRM) systems allows the import of customer profile data into the reservation process of the CRS, saving time and effort. Users of the Serenata Nethotel product can now smoothly link their CRM database with the central reservation office (CRO) module from Trust.

"The enhancements and new features are great complements to the existing functionality and will help our hotels to further optimize and simplify their electronic distribution efforts," said Jon D. Londeen, Senior Vice President, Reservations Management for Leading Hotels of the World. "We are pleased that Trust values user input and uses it as the most important source for system enhancements."

"The new release of Trust|Voyager illustrates our substantial investment in ongoing product development with the prioritization and content of enhancements heavily weighted by a close working relationship with our customer base and market demands," said Richard Wiegmann, Chief Operating Officer, Trust International. "We strongly believe in upgrades to proven systems, rather than trying to migrate clients from new system to new system whenever a change in functionality is needed. Our approach allows us to listen to our clients' needs and present enhancements and customized features that benefit all without inconveniencing our customers or compromising the product's leading performance."
